Ian Fleming's James Bond, Agent 007, attempts to prevent international gold smuggler Goldfinger and his pilot Pussy Galore from robbing Fort Knox. Features villainous assistant Oddjob and his deadly bowler hat. The third in the series is perhaps the most popular. Shirley Bassey sings the theme song.
Used to be one of my favorites littlesam1 at 2008-10-21 01:31:26
Years ago I would have probably put Goldfinger on the top of my favorite Bond lists. However with time I find that it has not aged as well as some others. It does have my favorite Bond, Sean Connery. Some of the best villans in the series. Plus who could forget Honor Blackman as #!@%*# Galore and Shirley Eaton being covered in gold paint. I like it a lot but it trails From Russia With Love and On Her Majesty's Secret Service. I think I would even place it below Dr. No.
