Yet another scandal about a politician caught with his pants down. In this case it was New York Governor Eliot Spitzer who resigned (in March 2008) after being linked as a VIP patron of the escort service Emperor's Club. Though not negating Spitzer's actions (and hubris), director Gibney also interviews various politicians, power brokers, and businessmen whom Spitzer investigated as the state's attorney general, suggesting that payback played a part in Spitzer's downfall.
