Ambitious sci fi indie with cool title robots. A major terrorist attack has the U.S. government instituting a surveillance program linking one country-wide network system through mobile robotic cameras. But a Homeland Security agent is suspicious that a series of murders are the result of someone manipulating the eyeborgs and it's leading up to a presidential assassination.
