Logan (Cibrian) sees his family murdered by the Mafia at age 10 and spends 20 years studying martial arts with Chuck Norris before deciding revenge is suddenly necessary. Granted most people would want some training before embarking on a life or death quest for revenge, but 20 years seems like a long time to go obsessing over things.

When the mob kills a prosecutor and his family for not taking bribes, the only survivor (10-year-old Logan) is sent to live with his uncle (Norris) who teaches him marital arts until adulthood. Logan proceeds to infiltrate the mob and destroy them from within. Decent made-for-TV action movie with some good fight scenes. Chuck Norris does his infamous 'jump-kick-through-the-car-window' stunt previously seen in 'Good Guys Wear Black'.
