The Special Relationship
The third film from writer Morgan about British Prime Minister Tony Blair (following "The Deal" and "The Queen") focuses on the friendship and political support that develops between Blair and President Bill Clinton from 1996-2000. Then the Monica Lewinsky scandal sidetracks Clinton domestically while Blair increasingly plays a larger hand in world events, especially in Kosovo.
