Filmed in a semi-documentary fashion meant to emphasize the flick's take on corruption. Navy vet Dan Corbett (Franz) gets a job as a longshoreman in New Orleans and quickly discovers the docks are mob-controlled. When a friend gets killed, Dan goes to the cops and persuades them to let him work undercover to get the goods on the gangsters.
