Best friends Rick and Fred (Wilson and Sudeikis) live happily married lives, but lately have been caught with wandering eyes. Finally fed up and hoping it'll stop their curiosity, both their wives (Fischer and Applegate) decide to grant them one week of unadulterated single status, no questions asked (the "Hall Pass"). On the prowl with their bachelor buddies, the two soon find that their sexual prowess isn't what they had hoped. The Farrelly brothers' tenth outing, sticking to their signature crude, irreverent themes. Things fall apart when Rick and Fred are unnecessarily sprinkled with dull, sugary sentiment.
