Megamind

Animated spoof of the super hero flick finds a clever spark, thanks to a great cast, in a genre that is quickly running out of energy. Super villain Megamind (Ferrell) is continuously thwarted from taking over Metro City by insufferably smug hero Metro Man (Pitt). When he accidentally kills his rival, Megamind gets bored and decides to create a new foe. He uses his big blue brain to convert a dorky cameraman named Hal (Hill) into a new archenemy. Hal would rather be a bad guy than a good guy, however, so Megamind switches sides. The two battle each other for control of the city and the hand of perky reporter Roxanne (Fey).
