Dead or Alive: Final

Several years in the future Yokohama is now a mix of immigrants around the world ruled by a gay tyrannical mayor who has outlawed procreation as he believes only gay love can possibly be true. Anyone refusing to take the pill is rounded up by his agent Honda (Takeuchi) and exiled. Standing in his way are a ragtag group of rebels and a replicant named Ryo (Aikawa). If the word replicant brings to mind the film "Blade Runner," the association was intentional though unlike that movie this is about as bizarre as cyberpunk films get.
