The New Daughter
Cliched supernatural thriller that really falls apart in the third act. When his unfaithful wife walks out, bewildered John James (Costner) packs up preteen daughter Louisa (Banquero) and 8-year-old son Sam (Griffith) and moves them to a creepy house in rural South Carolina that has an apparent Indian burial mound on the property. Soon Louisa becomes withdrawn and starts sleepwalking, showing up mud-covered and scarred. Daddy can't deal as the situation becomes increasingly ominous.
