Crows Zero
Based on the Japanese comic "Crows," and directed by Takashi Miike (without his usual over the top violence and freakishness) this is the story of Suzuran High School, one of the most brutal schools in the nation. Its students spend more time fighting for supremacy in their gangs than learning anything. Newcomer Genji Takaya (Oguri) intends to make his own gang and conquer the school to gain the respect of his Yakuza father. Which obviously won't set well with the other gangs.
