Leaves of Grass

Norton plays very different twin brothers in Nelson's often violent mix of crime comedy and family drama. Popular Brown University classics prof Bill Kincaid goes back to his rural Oklahoma home after being told that his twin Brady has died. It turns out to be ruse because the major pot grower needs Bill to give him a lookalike alibi while Brady takes care of business with Jewish mobster Rothbaum (Dreyfuss). The trip isn't a total waste since Bill finds local poet and teacher Janet (Russell) very appealing. Of course that's before Brady's plans go violently wrong and the plot gets battered as well.
