Campy '50s rock 'n' roll youth exploitation flick finds sisters Penny (Van Doren) and Janey (Nelson) arrested in the rural south for hitchhiking and vagrancy. It's all a scam to get them sentenced to a prison farm, which means free labor for head man Tropp's (Russell) cotton-picking operation. Apparently the teens do find the time to bop around to the juke box, with Van Doren's jiggling physical assets on notable display.
