Uptight bride wanna-be Anna (Adams) decides to follow her boyfriend Jeremy (Scott) to Dublin after being told of an Irish tradition that says that men must say yes to a proposal made on Leap Year Day. Stranded on the other side of the country, Anna must depend on surly (but handsome) innkeeper Declan (Goode) to help her out in this all-too-familiar "opposites attract" romantic comedy. Little wit or charm, but plenty of stock characters and gags you've seen a million times before, set against a scenic Irish backdrop in hopes that the uneven story and unappealing characters isn't noticeable.
