The Happy Years
Based on "The Lawrenceville Stories" by Owen Johnson. Concerned dad Samuel Stover (Ames) sends his troublemaking teenaged son Dink (Stockwell) to a turn-of-the-century prep school in the hopes of turning him into a responsible young man. Bullied by some older students (who all have odd nicknames), Dink has to earn their respect in class and on the football field.
