Black Heat
'Kicks' Carter (Brown) is a detective in L.A. attempting to stop a gang from using an all women's hotel as a prostitution ring. Possibly because he's supposed to be the film's hero, but equally possibly because his girlfriend of the moment happens to live there. Even as bad exploitation films go this one is pretty pointless, except for genre enthusiasts who like formulaic brutality.
