Bionic Ninja
In one of the most confusing and obscure ninja films of all time, a CIA agent must personally take on and defeat a horde of KGB-sponsored ninjas (Russian ninjas?) to get back a stolen scientific discovery. Despite the name there are no cyborgs, or anything to do with bionics. It's actually several other ninja films with the same or similar actors spliced together into a bizarre mish-mash with new footage.
