Shipmates Forever
To please his Admiral father, Dick (Powell) enters the Naval Academy even though he would rather have a singing career. He's in love with dancer June (Keeler), whose family has a long Navy tradition so she tells him he should make the effort to get through the training. Dick doesn't want to make friends with any of his fellow cadets but circumstances change in a tragic way.
