American astronaut Chuck Baker (voiced by Johnson, aka The Rock) thinks he's the first to walk on Planet 51, but quickly discovers he's not alone. The green inhabitants are nice, suburban families who live with only one fear--being invaded by aliens, like Chuck. Now all he wants to do is avoid capture and get his spaceship back to Earth. A 1950s Hollywood sci-fi idea turned into a vice-versa animated family cartoon. Nice and cute, though loaded with '50s pop references that most kids won't get.
