Director Gutierrez unleashes an uninhibited soap opera about the intersecting lives of a number of women dealing with life-altering crises. Newly pregnant porn star Elektra (Gugino) gets stuck in an elevator with nervous neurotic Doris (Britton). Meanwhile her X-rated co-star Holly Rocket (Palicki) takes on a private client with her pal Bambi (Chriqui). As the plotlines intertwine, the characters are linked by a series of coincidences and their effects. Raunchy behavior and dialogue may offend those with delicate sensibilities. Shot in twelve days on a low budget, this is the first installment in a planned trilogy. The soundtrack is by esteemed alt-rocker Robyn Hitchcock.
