It's a Big Country
And apparently it's very boring too if you go by these eight inconsistent vignettes that are set throughout the then-48 states. A professor lectures a fellow train passenger about USA diversity to link the tales together. The best is the tongue-in-cheek humor of Cooper's laconic cowboy as he tackles the stereotypes of Texas and the worst is the overextended story of a boy whose immigrant father refuses to believe he needs to get glasses for school.
