Victor (Karloff), the horribly scarred grandson of the late Baron von Frankenstein, wants to continue granddad's experiments but lacks the cash to do so. He agrees to rent his castle to a TV crew, giving him the money to buy an atomic reactor (it was the 1950s after all) to bring his monster to life. The title is apparently meaningless and Karloff enjoys hamming up the horror but it's a minor pleasure at best.
