It's now 2080, and the world has been painfully rebuilt after a devastating war. Humans are now served by cyborgs, but they are beginning to want rights of their own and are rebelling, so an elite military squad has been tasked with squashing them. But the squad's leader R (Ji-tae Yu) has fallen in love with his own cyborg, and is using AI chips stolen from dead cyborgs to save her life without the knowledge of his employers.
