In 1963, 13-year-old Adam (Bright), suffering from raging teen hormones, takes to peeping on his beautiful new Washington, DC neighbor Catherine (Mol), even working odd jobs in order to be near her. She's got lots of problems, including over-indulging in drugs and alcohol. Catherine, a divorced socialite artist, is also having an affair with the President and is a pawn for the CIA. Mol gives off that Marilyn Monroe vibe but the story is probably drawn from a tryst JFK had with a Washington socialite who was later murdered.
