Something Like Happiness
Monika, Tonik, and Dasha have been friends since childhood but their adult lives are less than fulfilled. Monika's boyfriend Jiri is finding his fortune in America without her; Tonik has left his conservative family to live with his eccentric aunt in a ramshackle farmhouse; and Dasha, a single mother of two boys, has a married lover and mental problems. When Dasha winds up institutionalized, Monika looks after her children and Tonik offers them all a place to stay at the farmhouse. Czech with subtitles.
