How About You
Widowed Kate Harris (Brady) operates a financially-shaky Irish retirement home. Her feisty younger sister Ellie (Atwill) comes to help out and Kate must leave her in charge over the Christmas holidays when their mother becomes ill. The four most difficult residents (two alcoholics and two spinster sisters) are left in Ellie's less-than-tender care and they all find something to learn about each other. Less twee than might be indicated (probably because the cast is terrific). Based on a short story by Maeve Binchy.
