Unlucky in love, Beth Harper (Bell) travels to Rome to see her newlywed sister. She impulsively steals some coins from the city's magical fountain of love and must deal with the men who suddenly fall hopelessly in love with her in this chemistry-free romantic comedy. What little potential the flimsy premise contains is trampled by the terrible script, one-note characters, and utterly inept direction. The cast is left trying too hard for laughs that were never there to begin with.
