Evil Roman Emperor Tiberius (Roberts) sends centurion Marcus (a bland Stapleton) to capture the Cyclops terrorizing the countryside. When the monster is safely in the dungeons, Marcus becomes embroiled in a slave revolt and is declared a traitor. He's forced into the arena to fight the Cyclops but they become allies to overthrow Tiberius instead. Cheese from the Sci-Fi Channel that comes across as a throwback to those old Italian-made gladiator flicks.
