As Tears Go By

A young gangster is visited by his pretty young cousin from the country because she needs medical treatment for her lung problems. He begins to fall for her but this is complicated by his unstable friend who has a habit of angering mob bosses. Soon he finds himself roped into a scheme to assassinate a witness before he can testify, in order to apologize for his friends' mistakes.
