Loosely-based on the true story of a 1970s serial killer in Rochester, New York. Police detective Megan Paige (Dushku) becomes obsessed with a child killer case and has a breakdown after suffering hallucinations. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, Megan eventually returns to the force just as the killer, who chooses victims whose first and last names begin with the same letter, gets active again. Can she hold it together long enough to catch the killer this time?
