Joey Cheng (Shu Qi) is feeling a little depressed and moody, and she should be. She's broken up with a married man, failed at committing suicide, and learned she's pregnant with his baby--and now she can see ghosts when near children or pregnant women. Some of them even defend her, and one even beats down a would-be rapist. Unfortunately her ghostly defender is also a rabid stalker, and Joey soon comes to believe it's only waiting around for her to give birth.
