Running on Karma

Big (Andy Lau) is a former Buddhist monk who has taken up competitive weightlifting and stripping despite having gained psychic powers from his former religious vocation after killing a sparrow in a fit of rage. He can see the sins committed in past lives (karma) by those who are about to die. And the perky young female cop who has just arrested him for indecent exposure is one such individual. Knowing that karma can't be opposed, Big decides to help her do so anyway, along with helping her track down a murderer. Buddhist theology, muscle suits, and neat fights abound.
