The first sound film to feature humorist Rogers. Pike Peters (Rogers) is a simple Oklahoman who becomes rich when oil is discovered on his property. His wife Idy (Rich) insists the family go to Paris for some culture and they rent a chateau where Idy is happy to indulge herself in society. But Pike would much rather be at home.
