Hotel for Dogs

Orphaned teenager Andi and her younger brother Bruce are living in a new foster home with a strict no pets rule, which means Andi has to find a place for their beloved dog Friday. When they spot an abandoned hotel nearby, it becomes the perfect solution not only for Friday but also dozens of neighborhood strays (as long as the neighbors don't find out). Despite star-filled supporting roles by the likes of Don Cheadle, Matt Dillon and Lisa Kudrow, the numerous trained dogs are the best part of this woofer (no canine bias by the Hound!). Purely a kids' movie with ample silly sweetness courtesy of the dogs. Based on the novel by Lois Duncan.
