Dragon Wars
Originally announced in 2002 but not released until five years later, this pic wracked up a massive budget that made it the most expensive Korean film ever made. Unfortunately it's far from the best. Apparently every 500 years a girl is born who can change an Imoogi (giant snake) into a celestial dragon. An evil Imoogi (Buraki) has attempted to kidnap her in the past, and attempts to do so again in the modern day. Thankfully she has some college kid to protect her from the evil 300-foot-long snake and his enormous army of monsters. Worth seeing for the monster attack scenes, but don't try following the plot.
