The Time Traveler's Wife
Wistful romantic fantasy adapted from Audrey Niffenegger's 2004 novel. A rare genetic anomaly causes Henry DeTamble (Bana) to time travel uncontrollably through the past, present, and future of his own life, which includes Henry's perennial romance with Clare (McAdams). The two aren't always in sync so a (naked) adult Henry confronting a six-year-old Clare about their friendship is only one unsettling circumstance. And, as you might imagine, the plot gets rather confusing. Fortunately, Bana and McAdams make you believe.
