Money-making horror franchises have taught us one thing. Even if dead, the killer will always return for a paycheck. Jigsaw (Bell) is back for another postmortem torture game, this time involving an FBI agent, who, after escaping death, begins to unravel the mystery behind a shady cop who survived the previous sequel. Relentless flashbacks using recycled footage, and disjointed editing makes this just another cheap, confusing notch on the blade.
