Ritchie's usual fast-talking, overly complicated methods are again at work when the London and Russian criminal underworlds go to war with each other over $350 million in real estate that has slipped through the fingers of a major corporation. Motley crews of eclectic gangsters are all out to cheat one another, along with sexy accountant Stella (Newton), who swoops in to turn the con around. And just when things begin to click, drugged-out rock 'n' roller, known simply as Rocker (Bower), enters to mess with everyone. Not as gung-ho and innovative as "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels," but still never lets up.
