The series was running out of steam by this sixth effort that has the usual sight gags and innuendos. After Dr. Gaston Grimsdyke (Phillips) loses his job at a women's prison, he enrolls in a refresher course taught by his mentor Sir Lancelot Spratt (Robertson-Justice). Spratt is determined that Gaston will stop chasing nurses long enough to become a decent physician but that may be an impossible task.
