Adaptation of the long-running off-Broadway comedy (and filmed in 2004) hits every broad cliche possible. Tony (McIntyre) and Tina (Kunis) are a young Italian-American couple from Queens whose wedding and reception prove to be tests of their love. Obstacles include her mother (Lopez) and his father (Fiore), who hate each other and refuse to stop fighting; Tina's drunken ex-boyfriend (Grenier), who causes trouble; the flamboyant videographer (Diaz); Tony's pot-smoking groomsmen; and general tackiness and mayhem.
