The Lucky Ones

Collee (McAdams), T.K. (Pena), and Cheever (Robbins) are three Iraq War vets who find their homecomings delayed when their flights out of a NYC airport are cancelled. So they road-trip it across the country, meeting a bevy of fellow-citizen stereotypes along the way, all with strong opinions, good and bad, about the war and vets. Stacked with too many trite coincidences and too much melodrama, but the performances of the three leads salvage an otherwise sappy road trip. Tries to be too many things and ends up being nothing special.
