Energetically tasteless, fitfully amusing farce, adapted from the videogame, satirizes our post-9/11 world and skewers its targets equally. Unemployed Dude (Ward) turns to his Uncle Dave (Foley), the leader of an apocalyptic cult, for money, and the two plot to steal a truckload of dirty dolls--a must-have toy in short supply. The same idea has occurred to Osama bin Laden follower Mohammed (Benyaer), and the two factions collide at the Third Reich-themed amusement park Little Germany (with director Boll appearing as the park's manager).
