Maxwell (Robinson) and pal Martin (Crawford) are being released from Sing Sing and plan to open a dog track but their outside partner Davis (Brophy) has lost their bankroll. Maxwell reluctantly agrees to a bank job planned by fellow prisoner Dexter (Quinn) that involves buying the luggage shop next door to the bank and digging a tunnel, but Maxwell is dumbfounded when the store is a success.
