Community do-gooder Dakota Smith (Williamson) comes to the aid of basketball phenom Willie Jo Harris (Franklin) when he crosses drug dealer Slim Jim (Ice-T). Slim's goons mistakenly hit the family of Rex Stevens (Casey) so he teams up with Smith and Willie Jo's dad Frank (O'Neal) to start cleaning up the ‘hood by first getting rid of hitman Felix (Busey). Fellow blaxploitation star Brown also makes an appearance.
