Remar's really the only reason to watch this by-the-numbers thriller. Special ops sniper Dillon (Remar) is looking forward to a peaceful retirement. Then his government contact Flick (Van Peebles) persuades him to do one last mission--eliminate a terrorist who's plotting mayhem on U.S. soil. But Dillon soon has second thoughts about the validity of his assignment and wonders just who the true target is.
