Camp Rock

Think Cinderella as a wannabe pop star in this Disney Channel original. Bubbly teenager Mitchie (Lovato) is desperate to attend a prestigious rock camp her family can't afford. So her mom gets a job as the camp cook, which means Mitchie can be a student if she works part-time in the kitchen. Embarrassed, Mitchie pretends to be as wealthy and popular as her new friends. Then she's overheard singing (but not seen) by celebrity camp instructor and troubled teen heartthrob Shane Gray (Joe Jonas), who wants to know who the voice belongs to. But can Mitchie come clean about her deception? Jonas brothers Nick and Kevin also appear. Filmed at Kilcoo Camp in Ontario.
