A small northeastern fishing community had a problem with invasive snakehead fish in the local lake. So they dumped a bunch of chemicals in to kill the fishies but instead they turned them into mutants capable of walking on land and eating the local populace. The finale is remarkably gore-soaked yet campy. A Sci-Fi Channel original.
