Scatological, un-PC stoner comedy finds amiable dopers Harold (Cho) and Kumar (Penn) in federal trouble when Kumar can't resist lighting up his homemade bong in the airplane lavatory on their Amsterdam-bound flight. The bong is mistaken for a bomb and overzealous, idiotic Homeland Security dude Fox (Corddry) is sure the boys are terrorists (can you say ethnic profiling?). So they wind up at Gitmo, where predictable humiliations follow, before escaping and going on a road trip to Texas (an amiable fake Dubya makes an appearance), where they hope Harold's well-connected pal Colton (Winter) can keep them from wearing orange jumpsuits for the rest of their days. If you liked their first buddy adventure (NPH!), this is way more of the same.
