Bats: Human Harvest
Basically an in-name-only sequel to 1999's "Bats" (well, except for the genetically mutated flying rodents). A special ops squad is sent to Chechnya to retrieve a renegade doctor (Arana). Seems the doc has turned bats into flesh-eating monsters that are now infesting the local woods. Just terrible in every possible way, including its bad CGI.
