Alien Agent
Agent Rykker (Dacascos) is sent to stop a renegade military unit that is building a portal between its dying homeworld and Earth. Seem Saylon (Zane), Isis (Cooke), and their band have decided they will exterminate the humans and move in. Good fights (director Johnson got his start as a stunt coordinator) but not much true sci-fi despite the plot.
